Notificatons by Email and SMS

Introduction

Notifications in BlackLab are used, when you need to be notified of an event or notify your caller of an event. Notifications in BlackLab are done using Email and SMS.

Types of Notifications:

Receive Email

Available in ALL Plans. When activated, the account owner will receive an email at the end of every call, with the caller number, option selected, and the action outcome - link to voice mesage, transfer destination with the call recording if activated in your account, or the number input.

Example Email:

You received a call from 090217 03770.

Caller selected Option 1.

"Press 1 if you need more information about your order."

Number Input: 3455771.

Receive SMS

Available in Essential and Everything Plans. When activated, the account owner will receive an SMS at the end of every call, with the caller number, option selected, and the action outcome - link to voice mesage, transfer destination with the call recording if activated in your account, or the number input.

Example SMS:

You received a call from 090217 03770.

_Caller selected Option 2.

_The call was transferred to 090217 11111 and was 2 minute long.

_The call was recorded.

You are billed 1 billing minute for every SMS received by you. Enable "Receive SMS" with caution.

Send SMS to Caller

This is a great way to encourage your callers to visit your website or chat in real time with you. When activated, the caller will receive an SMS at the end of every call, with information you set - Your Business Name, your number, your website URL and your WhatsApp chat number. Available in Essential and Everything Plans.

Example, when your caller calls your business on 090217 03770, they will receive an SMS:

You are billed 1 billing minute for every SMS sent to your0 caller. Black Lab does not distinguish between repeat callers or Landline vs Mobile phones.
