FAQ

What is call forwarding?

Introduction

Call forwarding, or call diversion, is a telephony feature which allows a call to be redirected to another destination -- a mobile or another telephone number.

BlackLab uses call forwarding to provide call management features that cannot be provided on the phone as is.

Call forwarding: Always Forward

Call is forwarded ALWAYS.

Call forwarding: Busy

Call is forwarded when you actively choose not to take a call (red phone button on incoming calls).

Call forwarding: When Unanswered

Call is forwarded when your phone goes unanswered. Phone will ring the full n times first before it forwards in this case. Only calls that you fail to answer are forwarded.

Call forwarding: When unreachable

Call is forwarded when your phone is turned off, out of network coverage, or for any other reason whatsoever.
